Positive And Harmful Effect Of Sunlight On Human Body.

The sun can sometimes get a bad rap for only having negative effects on our health. When in fact it has several positive effects on our overall health.


Positive effects of the sun 



1:Enhance your mood -:


Many doctors say there are many benefits including that it is a free mood enhancement being in the sun can make people feel better and have more energy. Sunlight increase the level of serotonin in the brain, which is associated with improved mood. 

2: Relieves stress -:



Everyone experiences stress for various factors doctor says that stress can be relieved by getting out in the fresh air with a little sun exposer. 


3:Improves sleep -: 



With more sunlight in the summer, you lightly to feel more awake. the doctor has pointed out that modern technology has allowed changing our light artificially with lights TV screens. 


4:Vitamin D -: 



It is a vitamin involved in maintaining healthy bone strength. One way you can get this sun vitamin is exposer to the ultraviolet light from the sun however you don't need much time in the sun to reap the benefits doctor recommend only 15 minutes of sun exposer to provide all the vitamin D 


Harmful effects of the sun 


1:Sun damage to the eyes:- 

Long - term, unprotected exposure to UV light from the sun can damage the retina. Damage from exposure to sunlight can also cause the development of cloudy bumps along the edge of the cornea, Which can then grow over the cornea and prevent clear vision. UV light is also a factor in the development of cataracts. 


2:Sunburn:- 

Sunburns are widely recognized as one of the most common negative effects of too much sun exposure. Dr. Bilgard says the maximum symptoms of sunburn do not usually appear until about four or five hours after the sun exposure occurs. UV light is the sun or tanning beds some general symptoms of sunburn are redness, pain, swelling, blisters, and flu-like symptoms. 


3:Heat rash:- 

A heat rash is a skin rash that occurs when sweat ducts trap perspiration under the skin. Heat rash often takes place during hot, humid weather. It looks like red clusters of pimples or small blisters. Heat rash develops in skin folds, elbow creases the groin, or on the neck and upper chest.

4:Skin Cancer:-

Many doctors say that the worst consequence of long-term exposure to the sun in the development of skin cancer because the sun damage to the skin develops over years, the older you are, the greater the risk of developing skin cancer. After a year of exposure to the sunlight.
